Custom Growing
Our produce selection changes weekly and can be limited. We do grow custom products for chefs at request.
By allowing chefs to have custom grown product they have the ability to tailor the menus to their personal taste and needs. This allows chefs to truly have hard to find items grown locally and exclusive to the restaurant. Produce can be picked to the chef’s specifications to set them apart even more.
