Our Mission: to sell direct to consumers as much as possible to insure proper handling and the best quality of product enjoyed by your family and friends.
Fahrmeier Farms and Gardens were started in 1947 as a diversified livestock and row crop farm in Lafayette County near Lexington, MO. In 2001, we began the transition to a farm garden and greenhouse business. It is truly a family farm, with brothers Brandon and Bret, along with our father, Ron, working to raise produce, fruits, flowers and livestock. Our mother, Joan, can be found working the weekends along with Brandon's wife, Mary, and their children, Carly and Chloe.
In 2008, the business was expanded to include Three Trails Winery at Fahrmeier Farms. An old barn was converted into a charming space where one can taste and purchase a selection of Three Trails wines while gathering with friends. The tasting barn also provides a unique space for your small group to hold its events. And you won't want to leave without visiting our farm store within the winery: it features local products that make your tastebuds tingle with delight!
So plan your trip soon to come out to the farm. Whether it be to purchase flowers, taste a little wine, enjoy a hayride, pick out a pumpkin, experience one of the many fun activities or just to say "hey", Fahrmeier Farms and Gardens is always open to welcome you for a visit. Tours of our farm are also offered, but please call in advance for availability.
We hope to see you soon! Ron, Joan, Brandon, Mary, Bret, Carly and Chloe
